Hello… we have just been told that by a friend that the Shaftesbury Ave Theatre looks empty so on investigation we have found out that our 14th Feb tickets are no longer viable. My poor daughter brought three tickets as Chrismas Presents for myself (Mum) and her sister and spent a whopping amount direct from the Theatre…she is on minimum wage and has not been notified by the Theatre that this no longer is showing. We had arranged accommodation and were travelling from afar so we would have spent even more had we not found out ourselves, which is disgraceful. There is no answer from the Theatre, which I have now e mailed and faxed…she needs her refund; though that will not make up for the lack of customer service or courtesy.
